THE GOOD NEWS: We have rescheduled the LHSVS Visiting Session for Sunday, August 4th (2:00-3:15 pm).
Before there was Michael Jordan, one of the Bulls greats was another MJ - - Mickey Johnson. A product of Chicago's Lindbloom High, Mickey Johnson made the unlikely journey from tiny Aurora College to the NBA where he had a solid 12-year career. A college graduate, Mickey went on to a formidable post-NBA career as a college coach, businessman, community leader and Bulls' Ambassador.
Please volunteer for the LHSVS program and meet, be inspired by, get autographs from, and take photos & visit patients with MJ - - Mickey Johnson.
Although there is no charge for this program, please RSVP and then - show up. All volunteers will be rewarded with plenty of nourishment for the spirit, brain and stomach.
