All RCAS 8-12th grade students are invited to participate in the Student Voice Forum with Superintendent Nicole Swigart.  The forum meets every other month.  We hope you will join us to share your voice, be a leader, and create change within your educational experience.  

Share Your Voice - 
Provide input on policies and issues that impact RCAS by working directly with the District CEO/Superintendent and leadership team.

Be A Leader - 
Serve as a leader for your school or student organization by making sure they have a voice at the table.

Create Change - 
Get current updates on RCAS strategic plan and create action plans that support priorities and strategies.  

Meetings are held on the 2nd floor of the Rapid City Education Center
