    • To establish an SHS Band Student-Managed system for direct outreach to 5th, 6th and 7th grade Band students in the D125 Consortium
    • To anchor the 5th-12th grade D125 Band Community - or the "Band Family" - in early shared experiences
    • To encourage the continued pursuit of musical growth through the support of peers
