Homeland Hospice utilizes a team approach to provide care to patients with a life limiting illness. We encourage patients and their families to live each day as fully as possible. Our focus is symptom management and quality of life.
We are seeking volunteers to make cards to help transform a patient's day! Let our patients know that they were thought of and remembered for a moment in your day.
Help bring a smile to someone's face with a hand-made smiley card! Get creative and make 2 emoji cards that include a nice positive message and sign each card with your first name and hometown (ie. Nate from Louisville, KY).
After you make the heart emoji card, write your positive message on the back.
