Homeland Hospice utilizes a team approach to provide care to patients with a life limiting illness. We encourage patients and their families to live each day as fully as possible. We are seeking volunteers to make cards to help transform a patient's day! Let our patients know that they were thought of and remembered for a moment in your day.
