Community Hospice of Columbiana County needs your help to provide Rays of Sunshine to their patients and their caregivers. Project Sunshine is a year-round initiative driven by generous individuals, community groups or organizations who provide small gifts to brighten the lives of those receiving Hospice services.

 

Make a friendship bracelet to connect with people who are facing their end of life or those who care for them. Include a short note letting them know they're in your thoughts and sign it with your name and hometown (ie. Charles from Salt Lake City, UT).
