Carys (she/they) is the creator and writer of The CALM Blog, a platform for LGBTQIA+ mental health stories, knowledge, and support. The blog further aims to inform all people, but especially healthcare professionals, on the unique issues surrounding mental health in the LGBTQIA+ community. Carys is also the Founder CEO of Volunteer Humanity, a nonprofit operating student-focused volunteer programs in Florida.
