  • Nurses have big, big hearts! 


    To celebrate national nurses month our Community Hospice Volunteer Team has made it our mission to thank as many nurses as possible! Help us reach this goal.


    How to get involved:



    • Register For this Event on Give Pulse

    • Make as many hearts as you'd like.  Craft, bead, sew, knit, paint... be creative and have fun with the project! Find inspiration here

    • Make sure you include your first name with your project.  Feel free to share your age and the state in which you reside if you're comfortable doing so.

    • Complete your project by April 28th. Once finished mail your project to


                            Community Hospice Project Sunshine
                            2341 East State St Suite B
                            Salem OH 44460 


    • We'll distribute your hearts to as many nurses as we can! 


     

  • Transportation Details & Disability Access
    Participants must be able to deliver or mail their completed projects to 2341 East State ST Suite B Salem, OH 44460

  • Training Required
    This project falls under the Project Sunshine Umbrella of Community Hospice and requires no additional training or application process. Project Sunshine brings a ray of light to patients and families receiving Hospice services as well as our community as a whole.
