  • Every day, trans+ youth suffer the devastating consequences of discrimination. These attacks increase rates of anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation in trans youth. In 2022 alone, over 50% of trans+ youth considered suicide. Join us to screen You're Loved, a grassroots documentary by Humanity Rising Leader Carys Mullins. This film highlights trans+ youth, alongside mental health professionals and allies, as they tell their stories of resilience in an era of increasing injustice. This film inspires the positive action necessary to give trans kids hope – something they desperately need to survive.

After watching the film, you can participate in a Live Q&A with the filmmaker, Carys Mullins. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the event officially begins at 7:00 p.m. Pizza and beverages will be sold to enjoy during the screening. The proceeds will go to Humanity Rising!

This film touches on topics that may be triggering to some viewers such as bullying, hate crime, racism, transphobia, and gender dysphoria. Please view responsibility. You will be able to step out if you feel uncomfortable.
