The bows need to go up Oct 1st-Oct 2nd anytime. Just during those days. Volunteers can split it up to fit their schedules all throughout the two days if needed. Bows will be taken down at the end of the month.
Volunteers will not need to commit to both, but we would need a team to commit to the other half. Hanging (Oct 1st & 2nd) and Take down (Oct 31st & Nov 1st).
These specific businesses ordered bows. The bows can be hung on trees or poles, railings, etc on the organization's property. Preferably trees. (No statues downtown) Also, downtown they cannot be hung in the square. Rapid City Main Street is strictly Main Street, both sides.
