An invitation to join us as Volunteers for our Meal Packaging Event at Discover Card headquarters to create 30,000 nutritious meals for the Chicago region's hungry and food insecure children, families, veterans, and seniors. We will be on site Tuesday, April 9th from 7AM to 12:30PM. NOTE: DISCOVER HEADQUARTERS IS A SECURE CAMPUS - YOU MUST BRING A PICTURE ID.
Transportation Details & Disability Access
InnerView Student Volunteers should be comfortable standing for several hours - and lifting and carrying 30 pounds. NOTE: Discover Card is a secured campus, so you must have a valid picture ID to gain access. We will be sending out detailed instructions on how to reach the event venue a few days before the event.
Training Required
We are seeking InnerView Student Volunteers to assist Feed6 in set-up, hosting, sanitation, training, table captaining, table re-supply, and clean-up. They are indispensable to the smooth flow and logistics of our events. Feed6 will provide on-site training. Volunteers should plan to arrive at 7AM on Tuesday, April 9th through the Lobby of Building 2 on the Discover Campus and report to Chris or Bill, Feed6's Co-Founders, in the Garden Lobby where the event will be held.
