Explore Themes
The photos you take may represent any of the following themes:
Emotions (joy, sadness, calm).
Coping Strategies (activities or spaces that help you).
Sources of Strength (people, places, or objects that support you).
Hopes and Aspirations (your goals for well-being).
Capture and Create
Take thoughtful photos that reflect the themes. Experiment with angles, settings, and perspectives to tell your story.
Edit and Reflection
You may choose to enhance your selected photos with editing tools. Write a short statement about your photo series, explaining its meaning or the emotion and ideas represented in the photos.
