Teen Virtual Internship: Online Event Coordination (Ages 16–18)

Are you passionate about social justice, maternal health, or community organizing? The Mothership Institute is seeking motivated teens (ages 16–18) for a virtual internship focused on online event coordination.
As an intern, you’ll support the planning and promotion of virtual community events that uplift and educate around Black maternal health, period equity, and youth empowerment. You’ll gain experience in:
Digital planning and scheduling
Social media and outreach
Collaborating with community leaders
Hosting virtual discussions and workshops
This is a great opportunity to develop professional skills, earn service hours, and be part of meaningful change—all from home. Ideal for students interested in public health, event planning, communications, or advocacy.
Time Commitment: 4–6 hours/week
Location: Remote/Virtual
Duration: 8–12 weeks
