An invitation to join us in packaging 25,000 nutritious meals for neighbors in need - hungry and food-insecure children, families, veterans, and seniors - in partnership with Brinshore Development Company and Oakton College, Skokie Campus. The event will be held in Oak Rooms (A145-152).
Access the entrance to Oakton College, Skokie campus from Lincoln Avenue, follow the winding drive to the Mulford Parking Lot at the rear of the college complex, where we have been asked to park, and enter the college building through Entrance Door #10. Once inside, the Oak Rooms A145-152 where the event will be held, are directly to the right.
Maps and directions, along with further instructions, will be sent upon registration.
Transportation Details & Disability Access
InnerView Student Volunteers should be comfortable standing for several hours - and lifting and carrying 33 pounds. We will be sending out detailed instructions on how to reach the event venue a few days before the event.
Training Required
We are seeking InnerView Student Volunteers to assist Feed6 in set-up, hosting, sanitation, training, table captaining, table re-supply, and clean-up. They are indispensable to the smooth flow and logistics of our events. Feed6 will provide on-site training. Volunteers should plan to arrive at 9 AM on Monday, September 8th, 2025, at Oakton College, Skokie Campus (Rooms A145-152) and report to Chris or Bill, Feed6's Co-Founders. Morning refreshments and a brunch will be provided. There is ample free parking in the Mulford Lot. Maps and directions, along with further instructions, will be sent upon registration.
