Carly Avila and Amelia Stanton ran the Musical Instrument Petting Zoo for an event we were unable to attend. They set up the booth, demonstrated how the instruments worked and had both children & adults having musical fun. When the event was complete, they broke down the booth and took great care of the instruments. We are very pleased with how well they did and would invite them to participate in other events of ours as well. We truly appreciate all their efforts.

    What is a Musical Instrument Petting Zoo???
    I’m glad you asked!  It is often referred to as the “Please Touch Museum” for musical instruments (no animals involved) where children & adults get to have a fun, interactive experience with different musical instruments – an opportunity to touch & play every instrument! 

    What will volunteers be doing?
    Another great question!  Loading in, setting up & packing up the instruments. In between set up and taking down, volunteers will demonstrate how an instrument works... it literally takes only seconds to demonstrate an instrument).  NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE needed.  That’s right, no experience is needed… we will show you how everything works.
