Willow Grove will be hosting its End of The Year picnic from 5-7 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2026. 

We are looking for volunteers to help take tickets, run and re-stock the Scholastic Book Fair we are having, and pass out food. Hopefully the weather is good and it should be a fun volunteer opportunity. And we will have food for our volunteers!

When you sign up, text Aaron 847-287-4794 with your name and whether you want to take tickets, pass out food, or help with the book fair.

Instructions:

Come to Willow Grove School at 777 Checker Drive, Buffalo Grove IL at 4:30pm for Setup or 5pm to help with the actual event. Meet by the Gym (Door 4) You can work 4:30-7:30pm or 5:00-7pm and we'll give you the hours.
