Come be a role model for kids needing a safe place to be kids! RCH Afterschool Program provides tutoring, crafts, healthy snacks, a full lending library, yoga and, most importantly, people who are interested in making a sincere connection with the kids.
At 5:30 we wrap up with a team meeting - this includes community participants, local volunteers, and student volunteers from area schools. After focusing on the younger kids, this meeting provides this age group a chance to connect with their peers who have different perspectives to offer each other.
