SUMMARY
Reflection
From my three months of experience, I’ve realized that event the smallest events make an impact. Every step I took got me closer to making the world a better place, and as one person, I feel as though I accomplished that. My time given throughout has had a positive impact on myself, knowing that each service activity was for a good cause. I am so proud of what I was able to accomplish, because all it took was engagement and enjoyment. Those qualities are what took me this far, and I would absolutely do a service project similar to this one in the future.
Project Impact
These activities have made me strive for similar opportunities and make me want to go far beyond the requirements. They have made me become a better person overall.
PROJECTS TASKS

Page Week
10.00 hours participating in an awareness event | Curiosity
Was selected to represent Governor Josh Stein by performing work for multiple office buildings, meeting government officials, and working on policy proposals and service projects while learning about state government and civics.

Project Planning
4.00 hours volunteering | Respect
Project is likely to be finished by December 2025. Took time to thoroughly think through what I wanted to do. Photo is an example of me taking initiative as a leader and volunteering.

Do the Project
10.00 hours leading an initiative | Compassion
My biggest project success was making and selling handmade bracelets with my friend, as we raised over $200 for children in hospitals for our non-profit organization, Kids Who Give, to give them. Photo is of my most recent event and summarizes all that was done.

Project Outcomes & Reflection
1.00 hour leading an initiative | Compassion
This project was an overall success, as we raised over $3,000 total for pets at risk of not being adopted and children in hospitals. My friend and I who partnered up with Kids Who Give to make this happen have felt extremely fortunate for this to have gone even better than we expected.
