SUMMARY
Reflection
Starting a Little Free Library at my local masjid showed how such a simple project brought so many people together. I was amazed by how many community members were eager to contribute, despite having nothing to gain from it. It made me realize that people truly value opportunities to uplift one another. Furthermore, I learned that taking initiative in local projects isn’t as difficult as it seems with the right tools and a clear plan. This experience truly taught me the importance of community driven efforts in creating lasting change.
Project Impact
By reaching out to a community of over 600 members, we were able to quickly spread awareness about the library. Within just two days of setting it up, we collected about 5-10 books, demonstrating the community’s enthusiasm for sharing knowledge.
