    SUMMARY
    Reflection
I truly enjoyed sharing my experiences with my younger peers. By providing this information, I hope to inspire them to take the initiative as I did, help them become the leaders they aspire to be, and gain acceptance into the college of their dreams.
    Project Impact
Had the principal book the cafeteria for an hour; the librarian and college advisor volunteered to assist and provide support; had 24 juniors sign up; printed 30 information packets and gave all away to students and staff.

3.00 hours participating in a workshop | Curiosity
Created a four-page Google doc with all the information on programs, opportunities, and general advice to improve students' extracurricular experience. Printed 30 copies on a personal printer; no additional expenses paid. I contacted the school's college advisor and librarian to assist with the workshop.
    Publicity

Sent interest form to MCHS juniors. Over 20 signed up, and provided additional information to them before the workshop day.
    Do the Project
1.00 hour leading an initiative | Curiosity
Taught an extracurricular workshop for high school juniors. Offered program opportunities like HSF, Governor's Page, and Seeds of Fortune, and gave my personal experiences and advice on how they can participate and apply for these activities. In addition, I provided tips to enhance their resume for their college applications.
    Project Outcomes & Reflection
1.00 hour leading an initiative | Connectedness
Workshop went smoothly, ended on time, and students were engaged. After my workshop, several students asked questions and I provided my email and social media contacts to provide support.
