We surround people with holistic supports that include violence prevention and intervention services, school success support, and community resources.

Our staff and volunteers are located in more than 40 locations throughout Dakota County, including two Lewis House shelters, police departments, 30 schools, two family resource centers, and five food shelves. This makes it easy for people to access our services.
We build trusting relationships with people, walk alongside them, and tailor our support to fit their unique set of circumstances.

360 Communities is a one-stop shop for community resources and support. However a person connects with 360 Communities for help, they will have access to all of our services and resources.
