Momentum Youth Sports Training is a public charity/ 501c3 organization that is emerging as a lead resource for underserved youth who are disproportionately affected by obesity, diabetes and other conditions that are causally related to lack of exercise, poor nutrition and eating habits, environmental stressors, and genetic pre-dispositions. Our organization focuses on physical activity and proper nutrition as a mechanism by which to improve the overall health and well-being of children in hopes that they will maintain positive health behaviors into adulthood and therefore experience a positive long-term quality of life.
