We are a small local to our area non-profit that helps support our local foster care community. We ensure that each child that comes into care is provided with a journey bag that consists of a new backpack and new toiletries and pajamas as well as comfort items. We also support the children and families that are caring for them by providing any tangible needs the child or families may need at time of placement. We also regularly hold CARE and education meetings for current foster and adoptive families, providing them with support, education, childcare and dinners. In addition to the children and families, we also support our local Social Service workers that care for these children and families.
