The Helpline Center's Volunteer Connections program serves as the volunteer center for the community by providing the critical link between those who want to volunteer and the agencies that need them. Volunteer Connections provides: Volunteer promotion, volunteer appreciation & volunteer support through. This includes an online volunteer database with hundreds of local nonprofit opportunities, a weekly volunteer email highlighting upcoming needs / opportunities, a volunteer of the month recognition and annual awards event, in addition to donation drives for local needs, do it yourself projects and volunteer education.
