To ensure every veteran who served honorably—living or deceased—is cherished and remembered by maintaining government grave markers in community cemeteries to the same high standards as national cemeteries, documenting their service and sacrifice, helping veterans and their families obtain and improve earned benefits through advocacy and assistance, and promoting patriotism throughout Texas.
