January NHS meeting

The Beechwood Home is a not-for-profit long term care nursing facility for residents of all ages that have neurological disorders. Our students volunteer in a small group to do social activities alongside the residents.    

During this chapter service session, you'll participate in one of the following projects: Turn old t-shirts into reusable shopping bags to be donated to the River City Bread Basket. Turn fabric scraps into pet beds that will be donated to a local animal shelter. Loom-knit a blanket square for lap blankets donated to hospice patients at Augusta Health.
