The Mary Poppins banquet will be on Tuesday, April 8th from 5-9 pm. They need a few NHS students to help check guests in at the door, serve buffet style food/drinks, and set up/tear down. I will post more details when I get them, but please sign up if you can!

Heavilin Elementary PTO would like a few volunteers to help entertain the younger children so the parents can attend the PTO monthly meeting.

Farley Elementary School PTO is requesting 2-3 students to provide childcare during their monthly meetings. By providing childcare, more parents can engage with their child's school, school district, and community.

TJ Elementary PTO would like a few members to watch children of parents attending the PTO meeting.  It would be a matter of just helping to entertain them so parents can attend the meeting.  Meetings start at 5:45pm and last about an hour or so. You should arrive around 5:30pm and check in with Holly Evans (secretary).Asking for up to 3 volunteers each meeting.

Each year we help the Irving Elementary PTO by helping with whatever they need at their meetings. Meetings start at 6pm and Erica Koppers is the point of contact ([email protected]). You will be helping with set up, organizing, watching kids while their parents attend the meeting, etc. Everyone who has volunteered here in the past has enjoyed it.
