  • Help us transform Village Hall into a Frozen Festival worthy of Anna and Elsa!
    We will need assistance setting up and decorating trees, making backdrops, and more.  We will be working mainly indoors but be prepared for a possible outdoor project also.
    If you are available prior to 3:30pm please contact us to set up an earlier arrival time.

    • Are you feeling unwell? We'll miss you but stay home. Our resident's and patrons' safety is essential, and we are taking precautions to help prevent the spread of disease.   • Transportation Details & Disability Access
    Transportation to/from event should be arranged by volunteer.
    If any accommodations are needed, please contact the Parks & Recreation office prior to the event.

  • Training Required
    Day of event training will be given by a member of the Parks & Recreation Department for all tasks which the volunteer is asked to undertake to ensure you understand your role.
