Western Row Elementary School PTO is preparing for its annual “Wacky Carnival” to be held on November 11, 2017. Wacky carnival is a fun-filled day for students and their families, with carnival style games, prizes and a silent auction. This event is Western Row’s major fundraiser, & and the proceeds directly benefit the Western Row students, teachers and classrooms. The success of Wacky Carnival allows our PTO to fund in-house educational programs, books, classroom technology and other essential educational needs.
