The PTO of Western Row Elementary is committed to the maximum educational success of all students by recognizing and providing for their academic and developmental individuality. Each member of the educational family of this school will contribute to and profit from our educational activities.

PHILOSOPHY
The staff of Western Row believes that our school exists for the purpose of educating boys and girls of Mason and it is their right as students to receive a high quality education. We believe that each student of Western Row School should be given the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary for fulfilling their highest goals in life. Our staff recognizes the difference in individual students and will help them progress at their own rate of learning. Our aim is to provide a nurturing and growth producing environment that will enable students to attain their ambitions and be productive members of society.
