    PROJECTS TASKS
    Page Week
10.00 hours participating in an awareness event | Respect
This week we were able to tour different departments and learn the inner workings of the government. We were able to meet the attorney general and governor and how to write and lobby for a policy proposal.
    Project Planning
5.00 hours leading an initiative | Connectedness
Me and Shiry will be donating canned foods to a local food shelter in Cary
    Do the Project
15.00 hours leading an initiative | Connectedness
Today, me and Shiry got around 36 cans of food and 20 packs of ramen from donations from our families and from walmart. We found a local non profit called "Dorcas Ministries" that is a thrift store and a food shelter that was very happy to take our donations. We were able to drop it off at the "after hour" donation box!
    Project Outcomes & Reflection
1.00 hour leading an initiative | Connectedness
We learnt a lot about the food service industry and the lack of precaution taken for those who are underserved in our communities. Our impact is something that we hope will sustain families in the long term and help the cause of creating a zero hunger society.
