SUMMARY
Reflection
I learned that no matter how old you are, you can make a difference in anyone's life no matter what age they are. I had so much fun and so did all the youth. Hours of planning made this retreat one of the best ones ever. I was able to help so many youth and they all grew in their faith.

We had 35 youth and their families were also there for some of it.

Project Initiation
2.00 hours leading an initiative | Connectedness
We got the leadership team gathered for the retreat. We had to plan out a weekdn retreat for middle schoolers that we would be leading. I was an MC.
Project Implementation
28.00 hours leading an initiative | Connectedness
We had meetings every week for several hours to plan this retreat. It was not all done in one day but I estimate we spent at least 28 hours planning this.
Project Delivery
19.00 hours leading an initiative | Connectedness
The retreat went from the 12-13th. It went amazing! We had witness talks, adoration, confession, small groups, games, food, and a great time overall.
