The Chicago Urban plunge is a unique experience that affords students the opportunity to spend 4 days living and serving on the south side of Chicago. At Su Casa students may distribute food at a neighborhood soup kitchen, perform general housekeeping tasks, and do yard work. Students may also have the opportunity to volunteer with a community food bank, work at a Mobile Medical Clinic run by medical school students from the University of Illinois-Chicago, and volunteer at other nonprofits.
