Hey Alania,   Hope you all are having a good year!   We are looking for Volunteers for our Pi Day Party again this year and wanted to reach out to Beta Club again. We were very appreciative of everyone who was able to help us last year!   The party this year will be from 4:30pm to 6:30pm on Friday March 14th. Volunteers who can arrive by 4pm would be appreciated. We will be having an organizational meeting for Volunteers Saturday March 8th from 2pm to 3pm to assign duti...

Volunteers in the first shift will help set up food, decorate the LRC, and set up the games and puzzles. Volunteers during the event will help distribute soda, run tables with games, help any little kids with games or puzzles, and the third shift will help clean up any decorations when people leave.Wear green! (St. Patrick's day lucky theme!)

The date for this fish fry fundraiser is Friday, March 14 and they need help from 4-8 pm.  This year, 50% of the profits are going to Catholic Charities in the Los Angeles fire damage area and the other 50% will be donated to the St. Louis Capital Campaign for the new school.If you cannot work the entire time, you may choose a 2-hour shift. Call Mr. Joey Jarreau if you sign up to let him know what time you can work.
