Work the concession stand

Help move students and their families to the front of the auditorium before the welcome session of each event, help find specific tables during the browse sessions, and with the cleanup process at the end of each night

The Valpo Swim Team needs volunteers to help with meet timing.  You will need to provide your own transportation.

Symmes Elementary PTO will be having a general meeting on Thursday, January 15th from 6-7:30p. They would like 2-3 volunteers to help watch kids in the gym so parents can attend the meeting. Pizza and juice will be provided. The volunteers will need to arrive to Symmes Elementary by 5:45pm.

Help watch youngsters while parents attend the PTO meeting at Michigamme. Please wear shirt and avoid being on cell phone.

Willow Grove is having a movie night for all the families at WIllow Grove. We need help setting up, handing out desserts, collecting tickets and water, and assisting with kids activities. Lots of fun and a great way to help the families at the school.

Ushering for concert - duties include helping audience members find their seats, checking with directors about when to open house/other various needs, assisting with tear down after concert, and any other duties as assigned. Open to all Tri-M members.

Help with Elementary White practice.

Run the Key Club recruitment booth, help direct families throughout the school. 

Key Clubbers will help out with childcare during the PTA meeting. The childcare will most likely take place in the cafeteria or gym, thought the exact location is still being finalized. The meeting runs from 6-7 so childcare is needed 5:45-7:15.
