We are putting together food boxes to be distributed to veterans and their families Saturday morning.

Second Harvest has a mobile food pantry once a month and needs help unloading their semi full of food for families in need in the Beaver Dam area.  The event is done once the food is gone. Typically take around 2 hours, but need to be in place before the event begins.

Agape Acres needs help staining fences because they recently moved to a new facility. If it is too cold for staining, volunteers will instead do general clean-up around the farm or other projects that require help. I am looking for upperclassman (11th and 12th graders) interested in talking about East Early College to potential students and their families Saturday morning at the Magnet Fair at Milby HS. You are a magnet ambassador representing your school and need to know a lot about what happens at your school along with taking a college classes at HCC. I am looking for an energetic, positive and thoughtful representative. Bonus is to be bilingual.

We will be doing mini K-beauty facials, eating ramen and learning k-pop dances with a dance instructor. Youth for the Greater Congaree is a student-run organization working with local organizations with the goal of protecting local wetlands. It is imperative that Gills Creek Parkway is cleaned up because the litter that gets into the Gills Creek Watershed will eventually go into the ocean.
