Hi Ms.BallThis is the service opportunity project for the whole Beta Club to participate in.   We will donate no-violence books to prisons. Lots of churches have book drives for prisons as well. We want to collect as many books as we can here at the school and then drop them off to the churches to give to prisons. Big Creek Mission serves an impoverished community in Appalachia Kentucky.  Students will have the opportunity to distribute or organize supplies, help rehab and repair homes, and other projects necessary to serve the community of Bear Branch, Kentucky. FCC2, the second team for FC Cincinnati, is looking for volunteers to work the stretcher crew on game days.  FCC2 plays its home games at Scudamore Field on the campus of NKU.  Volunteers will participate in the pre-match medical timeout with sports medicine staff for both teams and sit field level during the game. This is great exposure for anyone interested in a Sports Residency.  Volunteers can sign up to work a single game or multiple games.Here is the link...
