New Horizons has been working with Kinship Food Pantry weekly all year and are supporting the Village Food Drive. They are looking for 80-90 volunteers! to help deliver bags to residents on at 9 AM Saturday, May 24th and then pick up and sort goods at 9 AM Saturday, May 31st. Informational Meeting this Wednesday the 14th over lunch in 214. See Ms McFarland for more information!

NHS members will update the DSD sign at the corner of N Johnson St and W Chapel St. This will happen once a month. Please talk with Joey Martin about specific dates and times to complete this activity.

Brenda Shaw (a bus driver and custodian for our district) is in charge of placing flags on the graves of veterans for Memorial Day at the end of May. She needs volunteers to assist her with this process. Please email Mrs. Glidewell your cell phone number to allow Brenda to contact you closer to this day to confirm details of where to meet and what to expect. This date is for placing the flags and another opportunity will be posted to help with removing the flags the following Saturday. ...

Mrs. Shively needs NHS members to greet people at the door, hand out programs, and help elderly people to their seats in the balcony during the HS Graduation ceremony. She needs 3-4 people total. No seniors!Dress nicely and check with her about any other details. Be there a little before 10am to get set up. 

The Unified Track Team is looking for volunteers to help with measuring long jump and shot put, raking pits at long jump.

Saturday morning volunteering with our county's adaptive soccer league.  You get to play a non-competitive game that focuses on socialization and fun with kids and teens in the adaptive league.

Hand out programs to friends and families of graduates at the main entry to the football field- the ceremony will be held there.  If the weather moves the program inside, we will be at the entrance to the high school.

Help pass out brochures to families attending graduation. Make sure to dress business casual!
